Refund Policy
At Yarisk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This refund policy applies to all stores on our platform, but individual vendors may customize their own refund policies.

Refund Request Period
Customers can request a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. -
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. -
How to Request a Refund
Customers must submit a refund request through the store’s refund system or contact customer support with the reason for the refund. -
Refund Review Process
Each refund request will be reviewed and approved or denied by the vendor/admin within 3-5 business days. -
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. -
Refund Payment
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after the returned item is received and inspected. -
Non-Refundable Items
Some products, such as personalized items or digital downloads, are not eligible for refunds. -
Right to Decline Refunds
Vendors reserve the right to decline refund requests if the policy conditions are not met. -
Policy Overwrite by Vendors
Individual vendors can modify or overwrite this refund policy for their own store. Customers should always review the specific refund policy of the store they purchase from.

Kwenye Yarisk, kuridhika kwa mteja ni jambo la muhimu sana. Sera hii ya marejesho inatumika kwa maduka yote kwenye tovuti yetu, lakini muuzaji anaweza kubadilisha au kuweka sera yake binafsi ya marejesho.

Muda wa Kuomba Marejesho
Mteja ana haki ya kuomba marejesho ndani ya siku 14 tangu tarehe ya kupokea bidhaa. -
Hali ya Bidhaa Kurudishwa
Bidhaa zinazorudishwa lazima ziwe katika hali yake ya awali, zisizotumika, na zikiwa ziko kwenye kifungashio chake cha awali. Marejesho yanakubalika tu kwa bidhaa zilizo na hitilafu au zile zisizofanana na ilivyoelezwa. -
Jinsi ya Kuomba Marejesho
Mteja atawasilisha ombi la marejesho kupitia mfumo wa duka au kupitia huduma kwa wateja, na kueleza sababu ya marejesho. -
Mchakato wa Ukaguzi wa Ombi
Ombi la marejesho litatathminiwa na muuzaji/wasimamizi ndani ya siku 3-5 za kazi ili kuidhinishwa au kukataliwa. -
Gharama za Kurudisha Bidhaa
Gharama za usafirishaji wa kurudisha bidhaa zitalipwa na mteja isipokuwa bidhaa ni hitilafu au bidhaa isiyo sahihi imetumwa. -
Urejeshwaji wa Pesa
Pesa zitarudishwa ndani ya siku 7-14 baada ya bidhaa kurudishwa na kukaguliwa. -
Bidhaa Zisizorudishwa
Bidhaa maalum kama zile zilizobinafsishwa au zile za kidigitali hazirudishwi. -
Haki ya Kukataa Marejesho
Muuzaji ana haki ya kukataa maombi ya marejesho ikiwa hayakutii masharti haya. -
Muuzaji Kubadilisha Sera
Muuzaji anaweza kubadilisha au kuweka sera nyingine ya marejesho kwa duka lake. Mteja anashauriwa kusoma sera ya marejesho ya duka anayonunulia.
